Our Policy

• Behaviour:

  Alcohol, drugs, smoking, or any illicit behaviour is strictly prohibited during sessions.

• Client Cooperation:

  We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

• Booking:

  • All sessions are by appointment only. Please use the provided button to schedule.

  • To confirm bookings, a 50% deposit of the total payment is required.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full within 3 days after the session's last day.

  • Failure to make the payment will result in withholding any copies of recordings, masters, or mixes until full payment is received.

  • Deposits will be applied to your session or refunded if you cancel more than a week before your session starts.

  • If you cancel within a week, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

• Materials:

  • No copies of recordings or mixing files will be released to clients until all payments are cleared.

  • All recording and PTX files will be kept by the engineer for 12 months, and the final WAV files will be retained for 24 months.

• Breaks:

  • During sessions, a meal break will be taken off the clock.

  • If clients choose to work through the meal break for listening, the clock will continue running.

  • If technical problems arise, problem-solving time is off the clock.

  • The engineer will take a 15-minute break every 2 hours and a 30-minute meal break every 4 hours. All this time is billable.

These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient studio experience for all clients.
